Prerequisites

1. Unlock Pack-A-Punch: Required to access the Aether Device. You will need a Pack-A-Punched weapon later on.
2. Jet Gun: One player must have the Jet Gun. Craft it or get it from the Mystery Box.
3. T2 Armor: Recommended for surviving the hordes of zombies in later steps.

1. Create the LTG Device

To begin, you need to create the LTG by gathering three parts using the Jet Gun’s primary fire. Here’s how:

• Part #1: Go to quadrant B6. In the church, activate the Dark Aether device. Look up and pull the floating top hat towards you with the Jet Gun.

• Part #2: Head to quadrant F4/5. Next to the Speed Cola machine, climb the nearby rooftops to get on a white van. Aim the Jet Gun at the open second-story window of Buzz's Cuts to retrieve the part.

• Part #3: In quadrant G3, go to the comic book store. Look at the gap in the ceiling above the middle counter to find the part.

Assemble the LTG at the crafting bench on the rooftop of the bank (quadrant F4).

2. Charge the First Canister

• Retrieve the Canister: Go back to the church and take the canister from the Dark Aether device. Carry it to the Dark Aether trap at quadrant H5 near spawn.
• Deploy the LTG: Deploy it at the Aether storm down the street, starting a 60-second defense section. Defend it using the Jet Gun or explosive weapons.
• Summon and Kill Boss: An Abomination or Mauler will spawn. Escort it to the canister at H5. Activate the Dark Aether trap and kill the boss inside the trap to charge the canister.

Escort the Canister Back: You have 90 seconds to return it to the Aether device in the church. Equip a knife for extra speed if needed.

3. Calibrate the E-Field Machines

• Pick up the Strauss Counter from the Aether device in the church.
• Use the counter to calibrate three machines located at:
  • Quadrant D4: Near the toolshed where you found the Jet Gun’s handbrake component.
  • Quadrant G5: On a lower rooftop near the bank.
  • Quadrant E6: On a small patch of grass across from the PhD Flopper machine.

Match the machine's color to the opposite color of the Strauss Counter:

• Red Counter ⇾ Green Machine
• Green Counter ⇾ Red Machine
• Yellow Counter ⇾ Yellow Machine

4. Charge the Second Canister

• Collect the Second Canister: After calibrating all machines, the canister will spawn near the gas station at the eastern side of the map.
• Deploy the LTG and Defend: Place the canister in the Dark Aether trap’s area at E4 (near Speed Cola). Go to quadrant C5, deploy the LTG, and defend for 60 seconds.
• Escort and Charge: Escort the miniboss to the trap. Activate the trap and kill the boss inside the AoE to charge the canister. Return it to the church within 90 seconds.

5. Activate the Aether Device

• Prepare for the Final Battle: The final step locks you inside the church. Make sure everyone is fully equipped.
• Activate the Aether Device: Survive three waves of increasingly difficult zombies, primarily Maulers and Abominations. Use upgraded weapons and keep moving around the church to survive.
